In short: BlazeGuard AI does not build user profiles, does not operate a social network, and does not collect traditional personal data such as your name or address inside the app. What you voluntarily attach for analysis — an image and related text — may be sent to an AI service. We use anonymous identifiers only where needed for app analytics and push notifications.
Who we are
This policy applies to BlazeGuard AI, published by THE STUNT LIFE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “the developer”). If you have questions, contact us via the details on our Contact page.
What BlazeGuard AI is (and is not)
BlazeGuard AI is a fire-safety guidance tool. It is not emergency services, not a substitute for local fire departments, and not a channel for users to exchange data with each other. There is no user-to-user messaging, sharing, or profile system inside the app.
Information we do not collect
We intentionally avoid collecting:
- Account registration data (names, emails, passwords stored by us)
- Address books, contacts, or social graphs
- Payment details within the app (handled by Apple if applicable)
- Content that users send to one another — because that feature does not exist
What may be processed when you use the app
When you run a scan or chat, you choose what to provide. Typically that means:
- Image you attach or capture — sent for AI vision analysis
- Text you type — such as situation context or chat questions, sent together with analysis requests where relevant
Only the image and text you explicitly supply for a given request are transmitted to the third-party AI provider described below. We do not silently harvest your photo library; processing occurs when you initiate an action.
Third-party services
BlazeGuard AI relies on a small set of partners to operate:
-
OpenAI — GPT Vision (third-party AI service)
Selected images and accompanying text are transmitted to OpenAI’s API so the model can evaluate visible fire-related risks and generate safety-oriented responses. OpenAI processes data under its own terms and privacy documentation. We do not send unrelated device data in those requests. -
Singular
Used for aggregated mobile analytics and attribution. Singular may receive an anonymous or pseudonymous device identifier to understand installs and campaign performance — not your name or email. -
OneSignal
Used to deliver push notifications you opt into. OneSignal may store a device-level token or unique ID so notifications can reach the correct installation. You can disable notifications in system settings.
Identifiers we may use
At most, the app may use a unique anonymous ID for analytics (Singular) and push delivery (OneSignal). These IDs are technical handles — they are not designed to reveal your identity to us, and we do not merge them into a marketing database of personal profiles.
Retention
We do not operate a cloud archive of your scans on our own servers as part of this product’s core design. AI providers and analytics vendors maintain data according to their policies and configurable retention. On your device, content you view may remain in local app UI until you close or clear it.
Children
BlazeGuard AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Data in transit to third-party APIs uses industry-standard transport security. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; use the app on trusted networks and keep your device updated.
Your choices
- Decline camera or photo access if you prefer not to scan — some features will be unavailable.
- Turn off push notifications in iOS Settings.
- Limit analytics by using iOS “Ask App Not to Track” where applicable.
- Contact us to ask questions about this policy.
International users
Third-party processors may handle data in countries other than your own. By using the app, you acknowledge that necessary transfers may occur to provide AI and infrastructure services.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app or partners evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Current version: 04 June 2026.
